Hello, Customer Service!

I placed Order 4128241 on Nov 3 and it seems to be in Pending limbo. Any particular issue with this, or is it just a fulfillment delay?

(I also sent a query after this by email last week, but that seems to have likewise vanished into the starry aether, so I thought I'd poke it here.)

Hello Dan,

Thank you for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your order, and it looks like it should be all ready to go. I'm unsure why ti was stuck in a limbo state for so long, but it is now printed out and in the batch that our warehouse is currently working on packing up and shipping out. It should be finished processing soon, but unfortunately we're unable to see exactly where it falls in the queue. Once it's been processed, however, you should receive a confirmation email to tell you it's on the way.

I'm sorry for the holdup! Please let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I'll be happy to help out.
