There are core differences between the Dwarf Slayer and other depictations of berserker-like chatacyers. Theyre not actually berserkers but they have the unusual ability to hurt everything on a fixed 4+(out of a d6)
But ingame try a Barbarian. The Barbarian powers can so things semi-magical like Pounce to charge and do multiple attacks.
Mechanically an Unchained Monk could also work. The Monk has no armor but can have high AC and use monk weapons with Flurry of Blows. Style strikes like Flying Kick are more Wushu film fighting, but mechanically its an awesome charging style with powers you could say are granted by runic tattoos.
Dwarves have an innate resistance to enemy spells, which can be boosted even further by the feat, STeel Soul, and a trait. Fits with WFB Dwarves distrusting magic.
Two-weapon fighting is possible and more commonly shown on SLayers but a two-handed weapons are more practical and Slayers do use them. Gotrek used a large axe if I remember right.

I'd personally go Ranger with an Unchained Monk dip if you want the no armor two weapon fighting. Slayers usually are meant to kill larger monsters. Do Favored Enemy Bonus works out pretty well with the theme. Use Skirmisher so there's no spells, and add the dip of Unchained Monk for the Wis to AC. Suddenly got a decent little murder machine.
