Would it be possible for me to get the second copy refunded?

The Blood of Beasts PDF wasn't available for purchase until 11/16 and I am not seeing a duplicate purchase on your account.

Is there another item that may be a duplicate purchase?

My apologies. I'm an idiot, and misspoke. :P

Magical Marketplace is the PDF that I ordered twice. First April 10th, Order #3747845, then again November 20th, Order #4141743.

And if it means anything, I'm absolutely fine with store credit. There's another player companion I was wanting to get, but I can't quite remember which one it is off hand. :c

Thanks for letting us know! I took a look into both those orders, and have now refunded the purchase price for one of the PDFs back to your account in store credit. You should see it available for use now, but just let me know if you have any troubles accessing it.
