Hey guys!
I have a webcomic about a pair of Cavaliers (one is a Gendarme and the other is a Daring Champion) who are to protect a Duchess from his evil sister that i want you to see.
The comic does not take place on Golarion but is heavy based on Pathfinder, I take the Characters from the adventures we used to play in our group. So I just wanted to share with you, I hope you like it and we might talk about our experiences with the game like our favorite Characters.
Thank you...

It's a method of marking a thread so that it's easier to find, later (usually when you don't have much time - at least that's how I use it).
When you post in a thread, an actual little dot appears next to it, so some people around here make posts like, "Dot" or, "." or something to "dot" a thread (make the dot appear) so they can peruse it later.
Does that make sense?
EDIT: To hopefully be clearer, any post you make in a thread causes a small dot appear next to that thread title in the thread lists* from that point on**. But some just use a "dot" post as a marker to help find the thread later, if they aren't going to look in depth at the time they make the "dot" post.
* Specifically, when you're looking at https://secure.paizo.com/paizo/messageboards page or the MESSAGEBOARDS list that (usually) appears on the right^ of the screen, or the list of threads below the bottom of the last page of a thread, called RECENT THREADS IN <INSERT SUBFORUM HERE>.
** There are - or used to be - some exceptions to this, but mostly that seems to involve threads who've had no posts for a very long time, or some-such limit.
^ Sigh. I'm dyslexic - I actually am, I'm not just using that as a phrase. Sorry. Left. Left side of the screen. The right side happens sometimes, but it's less common.
EDIT: make my link work...
