So, I'm discovering I don't know as much as about the system as I thought, so I have a question (I'm sure there'll be more in the future).
I rolled up a Stalker using the Steel Serpent Discipline for a friend. One of the Stalker's class abilities is "Deadly Strike", which in this case does +4d6 points of damage on a successful hit. So let's say I use the stance "Body of the Night", which on a successful strike does an additional +1d6 points of damage. Does this damage stack with the Deadly Strike damage? Does "Body of the Night's" damage stack with the +5d6 from "Sting of the Adder"? Would the +4d6 from "Deadly Strike" stack with the +5d6 from "Sting of the Adder"? I don't have a problem with the amount of damage, just want to make sure I'm reading things right.

If I am reading everything right, it looks like it all would.
Normally the Deadly Strike only applies on Critical Hits and then a few rounds afterward unless you are using a Stalker Art to improve that.
Maneuvers are a resource that is limited on a per encounter basis, unless you spend important actions recovering them.
Stances are always on, but you can usually only have one active.
All require the expenditure of resources/luck/opportunity cost. I like it.
Anyways, that character would be around 7-8th level, so that amount of damage isn't really too scary when you think that there are terrifying Barbarians running around raging almost all the time it matters with two attacks.
