It is not showing my payment methods on my side anymore - though I have added a card that I wish to use for the 2 orders that are still out there to be shipped. I'm not sure why my card from before was declined either.

Hello Shane,

If you are having trouble getting the payment information put in I can get it put in for you. I will need you to give us a call to put it in though. I don't see one on your account so I can't just add it to your order. You can call us at 425-250-0800 between 10am and 5pm pacific time, Monday through Friday.

The issue with your pending orders was not that the payment method was declined, it was that there isn't a payment method on the orders. There isn't one attached to your subscriptions so when the subscription generates the order it doesn't have a payment method to attach to it. There was a payment method attached previously, but it looks like you removed it after the September subscription order shipped out.

I think it should work now.
Thing is it showed the payment method I was using before until I tried to change it yesterday and then it erased everything. Even today adding in the card, I had to check the box for applying the payment method to future orders, then make sure the address was shown before adding all the other information. Forget any of those steps and it saved nothing.
Now if I were to add another payment type would that be charged if the first was ever denied?

Hello Shane,

I can see the payment method on your account, so you did get it put in successfully. I have attached it to your order (I also combined the 2 pending orders and you will be getting an email confirmation) and it authorized smoothly. So everything looks good with your order now. I have also attached the payment method to your subscriptions so they will use it going forward.

You can add another payment method to your account, and it will be select-able in the checkout process. But our system will only try to use the payment method attached to an order. So if that payment method fails you you will get an email letting you know, but our system will not try to try a different card.
