I'm interested in creating a PC based on the Magnelwyr gunners of Medieval II: Total War's Britannia campaign. Obviously the easiest way is to play a Gunslinger of some sort, but I'm curious about the specific accouterments of the gentlemen in the picture.

The guns shown aren't muskets, as the Magnelwyr is an early adopter before true musketeers are refined (as evidenced in other parts of Medieval 2 with the Musketeers of cultures like Spain, the Turks, the Italian city-states and Russia), but they're also not bulky enough to match the culverin in the books, since other handgun units in the game have much bigger weapons that truly look like "hand bombards." Thus I'm led to conclude that the guns in this picture are arquebuses, and I'm not sure Pathfinder has those statted out.

As far as their armor goes, I'm not sure if that's a breastplate they're wearing or something like half-plate armor. It's only covering their chest with gauntlets and a helmet, but from what I've read of the breastplates in Ultimate Equipment, they don't have a backpiece, and the chain under there in the picture makes it seem bulkier than the breastplate is.

Anyone have any suggestions as to how to set up a gunslinger character to match the Magnelwyr in the picture? Obviously I'd need mithral armor to use any gunslinger stuff, since while Gun Tank exists, my understanding is it's not that good. Thank you! :)
