to whom it concerns

the above order has now passed the expected ship date and i am inquiring as to when they will be shipping as this is now business day 22 after my order.

this almost a week after the expected shipping date

i have also sent two emails regarding my order and have received no response.
as i am an international customer and the transit time will already take quite a while to arrive i would have hoped that your warehousing processes would have been faster.

is there an issue with the order?

Hello Splash94,

Your order is being held up by one of the miniatures, Ezren Iconic Human Wizard. We are still waiting to get it from the supplier. If you'd like I can separate the miniature out into its own order so the rest of the order can ship out, or cancel it tot he same effect. Otherwise the order will ship out once the miniature arrives. Since it is now past our estimated time I don't have an estimate for when that will be.
