Good 'good' enemies for halloween oneshot

Advice

Greetings all.

As is starting to become a minor tradition in my group - I'm currently in the process of creating a small oneshot campaign for halloween where the PCs get to be the bad guys. Nothing too much in the way of story (witches trying to perform evil ritual, last year they were monsters attacking a city) but I find myself in need of a little help when figuring out what to throw at the party as enemies.

The Group:
The group will consist of 4-6 gestalt characters at level 6 which all have one of their classes being witch. Good alignments are banned & I know at least 2 of them are planning on flying a lot. Early ideas for classes seem to be Witch/Summoner, Witch/Bloodrager, and Witch/Bard - though I will not know exactly what they're playing until the session itself.

The Situation:
The campaign takes place in the middle of a forest clearing about 200ft. across where the ritual is taking place. The start of the ritual sends out a pulse of evil energy which alerts all good-aligned creatures for miles that something is up - and the party has to defend the site and make sure the ritual isn't interrupted before it completes at midnight.

So my question is, what are some decent options for good-aligned creatures to throw at my players?

Nymphs, the incomprehensible horrors of the fey.

From a Forested region?

Faerie Dragons
Nymphs
Blink Dogs
Dryads
Wood Giants
Treants
Werebears (possibly with class levels)

Hamadryad with her retinue or court (depending on how strong you think your PCs will be). I'd prefer the court.

Liberty's Edge

Unicorns are also solid, as are some kinds of Outsiders (Azata often hang around in pretty woodland areas, and Agathions would also make sense...lillends and bralani leap to mind as the right CR range).

Centaurs are also a solid call for large numbers of foes, they aren't Good by default, but a Good leader might well lead his or her tribe against intruders in their lands (and Centaurs with class levels are fun...the Centaur Outcast despite the name, makes a pretty solid leader of such a group).

Actually, a Centaur Outcast, a Lillend Azata, and 4 Centaurs make a solid CR 10 encounter, since the Outcast has Haste and the Lillend has Inspire Courage +2 and that combination is nasty. Replace one of the Azata's 3rd level spells with Good Hope (easy and legal) and it gets even nastier.

A particularly fun possibility that leaps to my mind, is a Unicorn Paladin. I mean, with a base Cha of 24, a decent leveled Unicorn Paladin is super scary.

Maybe a sect of Paladins/Clerics that roam the area, like the Vigils of Stendarr from Skyrim (Wardstone Inquisitor, Haughty Avenger, Minor Lord, Battle Cleric, Hammer of Justice, Foot Soldiers), seeking out the dark energies or perhaps a decently powered Druid (Hermit) that attacks because the ritual is corrupting his/her woods.

Make a pumpkin patch nearby and have the energies create a few Jack-O-Lanterns. Hangman Trees are pretty freaky and might be a fun challenge

If your group has a party from another campaign of equal level, use them as NPC's to have them fight their own good guy characters to resemble a group of heroes on a quest to stop them.

No love for the Flumph?

I second the idea of using a group of their own PCs against them, evwn if you need to adjust the levels, they'll still be recognizable as their own characters. Play them like the players would, use dialog that they would use, if they have specific miniatures, use them.

The other NPC group I would use in this situation (if you didn't want to utilize the first idea) would be to send a familiar group from other sources. For example, maybe make a group consisting of a shield champion brawler, a storm warpriest with a warhammer, a ragechemist, and a telekineticist with full plate proficiency.

But Pym's a founding member! you can't just ignore him!

On the topic of Pym, I did at one point really want to make a party of noble knight type characters out of a cloud of diminutive fey.
