OK, so there are many source and items that allow arrow deflection...
the magic shield property Arrow Deflection
gloves of Arrow snaring
Deflect Arrow feat
that shield feat that lets you deflect ranged attacks
Do they all stack? like, if I had all of these at once, could I deflect 4 ranged attacks a round?

Cut from the Air might be better for protecting against range attacks, would require several AoOs available to you so would need Combat Reflexes on top of the usual prerequisites.
A later feat, Smash from the Air would help protect you from the a lot of stuff Deflect Arrows can't do anything about.

If it's letting you gain the benefits of a feat when you already have the feat, I'd say you gotta check if that specific feat would let it stack with itself, such as the Fleet feat. But I'd say Combat Reflexes wouldn't stack with itself or with an something granting itself as a benefit in order to gain 1 + Dex + Dex number of AoOs.

Ah ok, my bad. Didn't read the whole thing.
"You use your initiation modifier instead of your Dexterity modifier when determining the number of additional attacks of opportunity you can make each round."
Yea then that would stack with normal Combat Reflexes. Looks pretty silly, but I don't use 3rd party stuff so my sense of scale would be off.

It doesn't stack. Not in the way you're meaning. Ready the Draw makes it so that your additional attacks of opportunity go off your initiation stat rather than dex. That part of the text it doesn't give additional attacks, it just changes how how many additional attacks are calculated. (though if you lack Combat Reflexes, Ready the Draw does give you benefits of Combat Reflexes as that part of it's ability only works if you have combat reflexes)
For example: Say there is a Warder with 13 dexterity and 15 intelligence.
Without combat reflexes he get's 1 attack of opportunity per round.
With combat reflexes he get's 2 attack of opportunity per round (since he get's an additional attacks from his dex).
While in Ready the Draw stance he get's 3 attacks of opportunity per round (since he get's two additional attacks from his int).
