Public speeches rules?

I'm planning to rule a game in Galt where the players need to adress to multitudes and win elections. Are there any rules about public speeches?

Probably a lower DC for perform, oratory.

Ultimate intrigue might have something in there for this kind of skill system.

The Verbal Duel rules from Ultimate Intrigue are for precisely this situation.

They're pretty good (if a bit complex), though I'd let people use the skill's normal stat if they want to rather than always replacing it with Charisma.
