Expedited Order? Is there an option?

I didn't see it when I submitted my latest order of non-Paizo stuff so I was wondering is there an option for expediting orders? Some places will charge extra to do so, moving your order up in the queue so that it gets processed and shipped sooner.

I'm not complaining, just curious (impatience is a virtue, right?). I tend to order most of the 3PP items I want through Paizo as I can't get them via my FLGS.

Thanks,

Patrick

Most of them, the 3-5 day estimate or 7-10 day estimate is based on how long it takes for the distributor to ship to the paizo warehouses. Most of how long it takes when the items come into the warehouse is based on if your order falls into a time when monthly subscriber shipments are being processed

That makes sense. I wasn't sure if some of the 3PP inventory was already housed in the Paizo warehouse or not. And understandably it would be processed around the monthly subscription shipments. I know the Paizo staff in fulfillment and distribution works their tails off, just figured I would ask.

Hello Zhern,

I see one pending order on your account. It is currently on a pick list, which means it is part of the batch of orders the warehouse is working on packing up and shipping out. So it should be on its way soon.

There are some third party publisher items that do stay in our warehouse and others we need to get from a distributor on manufacturer when an order is placed for them. A good way to tell which a product is is to look at the Availability section of their product page. Items we have here in our warehouse will say, "Ships from our warehouse in 1 to 7 business days." 1-7 business days is our normal shipping window for products we have here. They may instead say something like, "Ships from our warehouse in 4 to 18 business days." This indicates that we have to get it from a supplier before we can ship it and that is our estimate for how long that may take.

During subscriptions we do continue normal shipping on non subscription orders. However because our warehouse team is also shipping subscriptions, a non subscription package may ship closer to the long end of the estimate.

Thanks, Diego. That answered my question about 3PP. As I mentioned earlier, I appreciate the work you all do to us our geek crack. I'm sure it is often a thankless job but I appreciate it as I'm sure many others do.
