Solerians in Pathfinder.

General Discussion

I've been told that Starfinder and Pathfinder will have very similar rules. Does this mean I could play a Solerian in PF with my GM's consent? Technology aside a mystical warrior with Jedi-like powers harnessed from solar cycles wouldn't be TOO out of place in sword and sorcery, especially considering how many sun gods there are.

Probably? I doubt the class would just be ready to go right from the box but it shouldn't be too much work... of course I haven't seen any draft of the rules so it's all just guess work at this point.

Anything's possible with a GM's consent. :) There would definitely need to be some tweaking of the math, however, since the game engines aren't 100% compatible.

Dammit man, i am supposed to be concentrating on work and then you have to do and drop some little nugget like that for me to obsessively wonder about all day...

So the classes work on some different rule sets? My immediate thought is a change to CMD/B or iterative attacks? Possibly a change in Saves... If it was just a new chassis with something like a different BAB progression or skill points/level it could still drop in and function just about the same...
