Hi,
My order, #4099839, has been pending for close to the 11 business day expected time of shipping, and I have been trying to get in touch via email. I understand the card hold authorisation and shipping times, as specified in the FAQ. Nevertheless, having had no updates on the status of my order and with the initial card authorisation becoming expired, I'm no longer interested.
Please cancel the order.

For instance, the item in your order says, "Ships from our warehouse in 4 to 11 business days." This is the time we estimate it will take to get to us from the supplier. 11 business days from when you placed the order is Tuesday, October 25.
