Items missing in Subscription order list

I was looking at my subscription order list for late October/Early November and it says 7 items are waiting to ship. But only 6 items are listed. Then I looked at other future shipments and it shows the same, 1 item less for each list.

My main concern was checking to see if the Deadly Foes miniatures case incentive was included in my subscription order, and I didn't see it. Can you make sure that I am getting that as well?

Hello Michael,

The case incentive should be generated to your subscription order when the order is created. When you get the email confirmation for the order look it over and if you do not see the incentive miniature on it please let us know.
