Once the package gets back to us we can reship it to the new address, you will be responsible for the shipping though. We usually send an email when we get a returned package to verify if it is being returned or if you want it reshipped. We will verify the new shipping address at that time, though you can also add it to your account (if you haven't already) on your My Addresses page.

I've been tracking the package. It made it all the way to Federal Way, WA, then inexplicably came back to Oklahoma. It has been stuck in OKC for the last three days. Mail is weird.


I have no idea what to do to get this package. Is there anything you can do on your end?
