Can you please add a few Grippli pictures to character creation?

I am not clear on what you are asking. Do you mean in the Core Rulebook? We cannot add new art to a published book. If you are asking about something else I will need to know what.
He means avatars for characters created for online play here at Paizo.com.

We are unable take requests for custom avatars. From our Community Director, Chris Lambertz:
Hey folks, I don't wanna ramp up expectations for avatars, but I can't take requests unfortunately. I only work from the pool of artwork that already exists in our products (so can't fabricate options that don't exist), and not all of that artwork is avatar appropriate (for various reasons like quality retention on resizing, color balance that may get muddy at 90x90px, or proportion issues).
Chris adds new avatars periodically from existing Pathfinder artwork. If theres Grippli artwork within the range of the art she's perusing to create avatars it's quite possible a new Grippli avatar will be created in the next batch, but I can't promise when that artwork will make its way through the pipeline.
