With subscription orders we do something we call label runs. This means we print the shipping labels for all of the identical orders at the same time (ie. All the orders with just an Adventure Path). When the shipping label is printed is when you get the shipping email. On a non subscription order this usually means your order has been packaged up and is just waiting to be picked up by the post. But with subscription orders the order may not be packaged up or shipped yet. For this reason the email should say, "A package containing 2 items from Paizo Order #4091332 is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday, October 14". If it hasn't left our warehouse yet the tracking will not have any updates. The tracking currently shows that it left our warehouse yesterday.
What you are seeing on your account status is connected to that. Since the shipping window is until the 14th the system has set it as not shipped, but since the shipping label has been printed it also shows that it is shipped. This is confusing, but normal behavior for subscriptions for our system, and we have asked the tech team to look into making it a little less confusing.

I know that the label runs take place a few days before shipping, which is why I wasn't worried at first.
But seeing a weeklong lag between label run and actual shipping was a new one to me.
