WoW demon hunter build advice

Hello folks,

Looking for assistance on building a character who hunts outsiders, uses two bladed sword(s) and is without eyes. I initially thought a two-weapon fighter with a dip into moms monk for blinded blade style, using a trait to access blind fighting early. While it seems to capture the idea martially, no spells or spell like fasting abilities are covered in this. Any advice or pointing in a direction.

Battle oracle with the blind curse, with some levels of fighter or bloodrager with fiendish blood line?

Unchained Rogue X/Oracle of Battle 1 could work well.

You get the 'blind vision' from Oracle, dual wielding with dex to damage is an easy and effective choice with a dex focus, and you also have all the rogues specials to mimic their abilities, seems like it would fit well.

Idk about the duel weapons but I made a character that was more or less the tank demon hunter in meta form, tiefling with the claws alternate racial trait go mutagen brawler for the added str and alchemical bonus to natural armor, then you take the armor of the pit feat and finally you get the feats for feral combat training
