Missing PACG Character Add-On Deck (Subscription)

I received PACG: Mummy's Mask in the mail, with included Promo cards for being a subscriber. However, I did not receive PACG: Mummy's Mask: Character Add-on Deck alongside it.

I checked my subscription status to see if it was following the Base Set I received, but I see no mention of it anywhere, not even in the upcoming shipments. It looks like it was just skipped, or I misunderstood thinking I would get it when starting a subscription with the Base Set.

I have NOT been billed for PACG: Mummy's Mask: Character Add-on Deck, but would like to billed for it and have it shipped to me as soon as possible.

Can you please bill me and ship it ASAP, or should I order it individually? I don't mind paying full price vs the %20 off subscriber price for it. I'd simply like to buy and receive it ASAP so my friends and I can start the set. We are super excited for it!

Thank you for letting us know about this! That definitely sounds like it was due to a hiccup in our system, because you are supposed to receive the Character Add-On Deck with the Base Set automatically, as part of your subscription.

I've generated an order for the Character Add-On Deck and made sure that it included your subscription discount. Also, since it should have been shipped with the rest of your order, I've granted it free shipping. It should be on the way to you soon, and once it has been processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email to let you know it's on the way.
