Dwarven Pantheon spells and Oracles

Rules Questions

Grand Lodge

I *really* like Shield Other, and want to use Watchful Eye as well (in PFS.) But the rules in Dwarves of Golarion aren't very clear. I hope they just get revoked, but barring that, want some advice on what they actually mean.

Dwarves of Golarion wrote:
In order to prepare any of these spells, the caster must spend an hour performing a ritual in which he beseeches Torag (or a member of his family) for the aid of one of his divine family members. For 24 hours after the ritual, the caster may prepare spells of the requested deity. The caster may only attune himself to one additional deity at a time.

Can an Oracle just take one of these spells as a Spell Known (since the limitation is on Preparing these spells)? Do they need to perform a daily ritual to use it? Do they even need to worship Torag?

Can any cleric use a wand of one of these spells? Again, since the limitation is just on preparation?

An Oracle would have to ad the spells to spells known seperatly. A cleric should be able to cast them with a wand if he worships Folgrit.

I don't deal too much with society play so I know if it is PFS legal but thoese are the rules.

Dwarves of Golarion was written before the oracle or any spontaneous divine caster existed, that is why it only discusses prepared spells.

You must add it to your spells known as a spontaneous caster and you must worship Torag (or a member of the dwarven pantheon) and you may need to perform a 1 hour ritual everyday to be able to actually cast the spell.

Or it may in fact be restricted to only classes that prepare spells (though it seems unlikely).
