A bard can take "Arcane Duelist" archetype and get an arcane bond with a weapon (only) at level 5.

Particularly for the Item bond? I know there is the eldritch heritage feat line but that requires such a huge investment in terms of feats Two feats I think? Skill Focus and Eldritch Heritage Arcane?
Quite a few classes have that option baked in. But keep in mind that since the main power of an arcane bond is based on spell knowledge, no one gets the utility of that power the way a wizard or arcanist would.

I see, I just wanted to make a divine spellcaster who used a staff for casting her spells, as well as making it a viable melee weapon, (can you do that?) like in some of my favorite rpgs, where the mage or other spellcaster has that unique looking ornate staff that they use while casting, but can also club people with as if it were a quarterstaff or club.
I figured a divine caster would be a good substitute for this since they have medium BAB and usually medium armor. I was prepared to take some martial training feats to learn a few maneuvers and at least one stance for just such a situation.

You do not need to have it as an arcane bond to fluff things that way. You can just get a quarterstaff, put your holy symbol on it, and call it a done deal. If the staff has your holy symbol, then you can use it as a divine focus.
Even if your GM says no to these things, you can still just mime using it to cast spells.

Herald of the Horn skald archetype gets a bonded item as well.
Also look into the Create Reliquary Arms and Shields feat, if all you're after is a weapon (or armor) that functions as a holy symbol.
It just adds 250 gp to the cost, so you might be able to convince your GM to allow you to have one made by an NPC with such a feat.

Skill Focus in any Knowledge Skill. A lot of people have a knowledge skill that could benefit from this, and half-elves get skill focus.

Well, the Warpriest is basically a cleric/fighter hybrid. As for oracles, the Warsighted archetype gives you something resembling the Brawler's Martial Flexibility.

Have you considered looking at the Occultist? The whole class is built around investing energy into objects, could be what you're looking for.
EDIT: The new Reliquarian archetype in particular seems to have the flavor you're going for.
There's also the Soul Warden PrC, which forces you to take an object as a divine focus (and it's a nice PrC, too.)
PPS: If you have any trouble wrapping your head around the Occultist, check out the excellent guide over on The Dice Decide (just Google Pathfinder Occultist Guide, you'll see it right away.)
