Does a skill vs skill table exist ?

Homebrew and House Rules

As in bluff vs sense motive, precision vs stealth ? and so on ?

No. It's usually called out in the skill description itself. Here's a (probably incorrect) list, anyways.

The List:
Acrobatics sometimes opposes CMD
Appraise sometimes opposes Bluff
Bluff opposes Appraise and Sense Motive
Climb is unopposed
Craft is unopposed
Diplomacy is unopposed
Disable Device is unopposed
Disguise opposes Perception
Escape Artist sometimes opposes CMB or CMD
Fly is unopposed
Handle Animal sometimes opposes HD
Heal is unopposed
Intimidate opposes HD
Knowledge sometimes opposes CR or SL
Linguistics opposes itself
Perception opposes Disguise, Sleight of Hand, and Stealth
Perform is unopposed
Profession is unopposed
Ride is unopposed
Sense Motive usually opposes Bluff
Sleight of Hand opposes Perception
Spellcraft opposes SL or CL
Stealth opposes Perception
Survival is unopposed
Swim is unopposed
UMD opposes SL or CL

CR opposes Knowledge
HD opposes Handle Animal and Intimidate
CMB opposes Escape Artist
CMD opposes Acrobatics and Escape Artist
SL opposes Knowledge and Spellcraft
CL opposes Spellcraft and UMD

dueling skill monkies is always a reason for at least 3 rounds of lager in the local pub. (gonna take some time)

as MySelf said, the skills themselves call out "opposed by" in some instances.
