what feats do i need to be proficient with a musket

Advice

a little back story:

I am running Iron gods and the team desperately needs a rogue type character. I was going to have them run into a DM run character that is a ninja but is in disguise as a Sargovian Explorer named Mwangi Jack.

I was going to have him part of the 5th expedition int to the mountain of torch.

the reason why I want to hide his ninja skills is I do not want the party to became dependent on me to solve things for them and I want them to have fun and I may occasionally point out a trap or somethings for them.

so I waned him to have a musket he will be level 3 so what feats do I need to wield a musket in combat.

Exotic Weapon (Firearms) is needed to be proficient in the weapon.

To be effective, Point-Blank Shot and Precise Shot will come in handy. Rapid Reload (Musket) is very recommended for a musket. Deadly Aim can also be good for more damage.

I might just take a level of gunslinger first then switch to ninja.

If you're gonna be level 3, you might want 3 levels of musket master gunslinger archetype in order for the character to shoot a musket multiple times in a round with a full-attack action, then take ninja levels later. Unless you're cool with the NPC just shooting once per round and reloading as a move action with alchemical cartridges/standard action with regular bullets. Well it's an NPC, might as well make it level 4-5 and no one would be the wiser.

Though to be honest, I think vigilante would be a more flavourful choice instead of ninja levels if you're gonna be putting in an alternative identity of Mwangi Jack.
