One of the sets of dice (the Blue/Gold) in order 4055892 is described as a “backorder” (it appeared to be available when I placed the order).

Would it be possible for you to cancel the Blue/Gold set from this order? Let me know if you need any more information.

Hello Iadel,

Thanks for letting us know! I've taken a look into your order, and it actually seems that the Blue/Gold dice are not the ones giving this order problems. While the blue/gold are on backorder now, it does look like this order claimed one of the last ones in stock for you, so you won't have to worry about those.

The ones we are waiting for are the Set of 7 Dice: Velvet - Black/Red. It looks like we are waiting to get more of those in, so it could be between 4 - 18 business days. Would you rather that I removed them from the order to get the rest of the items going? Just let me know and I'll be sure to take care of it as soon as I can.
