Voidstick Zombie Template

So the item Voidstick allows you to create a voidstick zombie. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be a template for how to create one. Based upon the monster entry and other zombie variants I have come up with the following template.

Zombie but with the following changes

+2 str +dex No con and uses base creatures mental scores
Natural armor 1+3/4HD or +12 (Not sure the first is strange but the second seems broken)
Lifesense 60ft
Channel Resist +4
+4 Profane bonus to AC

Does not gain DR 5/Slashing or the bonus feat toughness
No bonus HD but converts class HD to racial HD

1 Fast healing for every 4 or 5 HD (With both we get the same value at 15 HD)
Channel negative energy as Cleric
Sacrilegious Aura DC 10+HD

I worked with him to reverse engineer the stats as best we could, but we're hoping for insight from others or possibly one of the developers who created the creature from Tempest Rising to chime in.

It also seems like it keeps feats that it had when it was alive, and gets 1 feat per 2 HD (as normal).

It also permanently gain the benefits of the desecrate aura.

As for the natural armor, we usually don't see NA scale with HD so that would be a strange value, but adding a flat +12 NA also seems very incorrect. A regular medium zombie would have +2 NA but we just have no real idea on how to account for this.

Bump. Please, if you're going to make an item like this, we need a template!

Trying to reverse-engineer the template is impossible because I don't know what the original creature was. No DM worth his salt would allow this item because there's no way to know if if a level 1 creature would still have the channel resistance, fast healing, negative energy attack, channel negative energy as a 15th level cleric, ability scores, etc.

I don't care if you nerf it, just make it useable.
