The pic is from the Monster Codex. I don't have that PDF, so I don't know the page it's on or what the specific individual is called, although the image filename seems to indicate its a vampire of some sort.

She appears to be a Jiang-shi Fighter, if that helps.
(Jiang-shi being a variety of vampire).

After further searching, I located the artist's portfolio. While some of her other work from the Monster Codex has been posted, that piece has not. Between this and the failure of my other searches, I do not believe the image is available online at this time.

Hey Raigeki, it looks like folks in this thread have already helped you track down the source of this avatar. I just wanted to pop in and indicate that I do keep tabs on page numbers and other information for all of our avatar artwork should you run into a similar piece in the future. :)
