FAQ's state that all size damage increases (which includes “deal damage as if they were one size category larger than they actually are,” “your damage die type increases by one step,” and similar language) cannot stack together...
So does that mean that the Lead Blade ranger spell and Impact weapons no longer stack with one another? Titan Fighter and Enlarge person still do, but what about the other forms of Increasing Damage die that the Vital Strike build required?
Additionally, how does someone make a Mawler Familiar good with this restriction? Is there any way to increase damage other than "Increase damage size" effects that are used, I donno, ALL THE TIME?! (Because its a cheap, easy, and lazy way of saying "Deals more damage").

you know the lead blade and impact kind of makes sense it falls under the same kind of thing as improved critical and keen but are they saying that enlarge and impact and say titan fighter doesn't?
You can have one 'actual' size increase (e.g. Enlarge) and one 'effective' size increase (e.g. Impact). The Titan Fighter ability to simply wield bigger weapons isn't either of those... the weapon itself hasn't increased in size in any way. Thus, everything in that particular situation would still stack... and might even do more damage under the new increasing/decreasing damage dice rules that were released at the same time. For example, a greataxe build with those three effects would end up at 6d6 damage.

Ok so its exactly similar abilities that would not stack. Yeah that seems like how I always understood it.
Not quite. You get one apparent increase (such as lead blades), and one actual increase (such as enlarge person). Lead blades would not stack with the increase from shield spikes (which are apparent increase), and Enlarge Person would not stack with a hypothetical spell that makes a sword one size larger.
However, all of those work off the base size of the weapon. If you can find a way of wielding a bigger weapon to start with then that gives you a third size increase.

Evolved Familiar allows you to add eidolon evolutions.
I am not sure what you expect from a mauler, but it reads already strong by default. It increases strength more than twice as fast as a PC, gets a morale bonus by kills, profits from various buffs and can be quite good at demoralizing. And we didn't talk about the PC yet.

Rephrased, you can do three things:
a) Increase the size of the weapon (Titan Fighter etc.)
b) Increase the size of the wielder, including the weapon (Enlarge Person etc.)
c) Increase the effective size of the weapon (Lead Blades etc.)
They stack with each other, but not with themselves. But that's already enough to turn a Medium greatsword / greataxe into a 6d6 (or more) monster weapon.

Don't worry guys, we can still get away with running around with 3D6 Heavy Spiked Shields with Bashing and Enlarge Person, because Heavy Spiked Shields are their own weapons!
...OH WAIT...
