Confused About My Order

I have order 4081979 that shows as complete (I don't have the items on this order). It indicates that these items were moved to order 4074280, which doesn't show in my order history, but it says that this order will ship in an unknown time frame. Which it has been saying since Tuesday. My question is, am I getting these items?

Since customer service is off until Monday I'll take a stab at the. Answer. My guess is that when you ordered the original order number, you chose to have it ship with your next subscription.. The most recent AP is in the process of shipping.... When shipping starts a large number of. Orders are made, but not visible yet. Once the warehouse raptors get to your part of the queue you will see the order show up with both the subscription and the other order on it.

There is usually a week window while they are shipping subscriptions that items and other orders are held up as they pack the subscriptions. So even if what I describe in the above paragraph isn't the case, it most likly will show up as soon as it ships.

It looks like the original order was submitted with the shipping set to ship with subscription. So it went into the sidecart (order 4074280), which is why the order says complete. There is nothing to ship in the order so it is completed. It looks like you hit the ship immediately button on your sidecart after that so the items were moved out of the sidecart to be placed into a new order to ship right away. This is where the issue arose. The items got into a new order but it was not fully submitted so you can't see it. I have moved the items into your subscription order and sent you an updated email confirmation reflecting that change.
