The only thing that could be an issue there is signficant age difference (or setting-specific religious/cultural things). Nothing in the druid or cleric classes disallow marriage - though some druidic schools of thought or clerical callings might. That's a setting-specific thing, though.
One matter of concern is lifespan difference, though - the half-elf may outlive his wife by 50 years.

Both characters are in their 20s. So it should work. I don't see the campaign setting I've been playing go all the way to their natural death of old age. Thanks for awnsering and giving me some input.

Considering humans and elves can interbreed without any magical assistance and half-elves breed true, it should not be a problem biologically. As DualJay mentioned, the rest is mostly cultural issues, so it should be okay. I remember reading that some sects do not approve of marriage, though. IIRC the first major villain in Kingmaker had a father who was exiled from the Green Faith for marrying someone.

would the gods frown upon their union? even if their sects disprove of the union and kick them out but the source of their power does not care then they can be married and have lots of little half elves. divine power is bound by the laws or costumes of mortals. druids are about "nature" and whats more natural then reproducing? clerics? i have no idea.

Well, it could. Many real world hybrids have a tendency towards being sterile.
But that is not exactly applicable to pathfinder. Half-elves are explicitly stated to be a true breeding race, which means they can mate with eachother and produce more half elves without waiting for old fashioned way of producing half elves
I will note that I vaguely remember texts mentioning either half elves or half orcs implying that they were still considered 'half', even if they were closer to 1/4 or 1/8. This is just a note for the characters, since it will possibly come up ("what will our children be?")

For the children, any child that "takes after father" would be a normal half-elf (with or without the "Kindred-Raised" alternate racial trait from Inner Sea Races), while for any child that "takes after mother" you might consider using the "Round Ears" alternate racial trait in Horror Adventures.

You could make them immortal to save the age problem. There are a lot of options for safe and Good immortality options.

Unless your cleric's a big fan of metal, I can't think of any reasons as far as game mechanics. Now, whether doing so is a good idea if you're playing both at the same time in a session is another, although that might come up regardless of if they're married.
Technically, a druid could be decked out in 20 pounds of gold jewellery and be fine. I don't see a problem automatically arising if the cleric (or the druid) likes metal.
