Well, I think it's better to have the light and not use it much than to miss it. Going into buildings, following tracks, allowing Natsume to have light if she has a better initiative than both of you, saving the 2 actions for a spell, there are tons of situation where a proper light helps.
What Exporation mode (I linked it before, in the Discussion, before last post of mine I think) do Natsume and Tamerius go with?

Anyone who wishes to race off after the fleeing Goblin must roll one of those two checks.
So, I imagine all of you will attempt.
(I will check the CRB re. Chase rules, but this is the Chase rules from the scenario).

Actually, she's quite excited by all this, and seems less prone to boredom these days. So, it kind of works. Maybe has she even a little bit of colors on her cheeks... Especially right now!

It was not completely a lie, as it was for Giggett the most logical possibility. But it was clearly a Deception check to show certainty while she was guessing.
Well, for you it might be a lie.
But that is kind of irrelevant for Phinick, since he knows that's the truth.
So he believes you, since it's what he knows.

A night’s sleep to get HP and spells back?
Or just a little time?
I always forget about the rule to regain the focus point. But to be frank it is not crucial for fighting with Dragh. I would like to have all my spells available but till now we never needed them all in one fight. And Dragh the Unscratched is still unscratched, so he does not need to rest for the HP purposes.
Refocusing takes 10 minutes and gives 1 focus point back. And we are making a small rest anyway as Natsume and Tamerius are hurt. It's always better to fight with all our strength than to get one death because of the few hp we didn't take the time to heal.
Resting 10 minutes will not restore HP.
Side note, if our mark is the sort to get into fights throughout the day, catching him at night with his guard down and any bruises he may have sustained will be as much to our advantage as healing our own wounds and catching him bright and early would.

As long as your character fulfill his main role and you don't slow down the adventure, I don't see why we would be mad about you. Real life goes before :)

If okay with you guys, I will spoiler things you cannot see etc..
To keep the suspense and all since it is easier to do so in PbP.
But I think that you can then check spoilers once we change action, to be able to share the fun (if fun there is).

Ohhhhhh that one includes the Distant Shores book, which includes the Doru, my favorite weapon....
........which I totally, definitely have, and none of my PFS characters are technically illegal.

So, yes, I have the healing potion, and it's obviously in my bandolier.
I should try to find a way to send you my PathBuilder2e character sheet, as it's the one I use to play (so I don't have to open anything from my PC to know what Giggett's abilities are).
May I ask you why the map is oriented that way? It is too big to fit otherwise?
Yes. That is why I turn most maps.
If you put them w. North to the top you make them about 25% smaller.The path to the South (right side) is the one that circles the town.

Yeah, that's what I said, but maybe I was not clear. Trapfinder gives me a check even if I'm not searching and the trap asks for a minimum proficiency level. Basically, I always have a check on a trap.

Hello all you faithful players and nicely regular posters!
I am off to the airport, will be flying to Berlin, Germany and then back home and right off the next morning for Brussells, Belgium.
I am quite sure that I will not have any internet problems anywhere, but, in case I "disappear" for a day or two or something, that would be the reason.

Flying back to Paris now.
We battle the transportation strikes to get home.
So probably no post for several hours—
—suspense!
Remember that there is Hide and then Sneak.
(let's play hide and sneak!)
And that, unless I missed something, Sneak "only" enables you to move from cover/concealment (a place where you can Hide) to cover/concealment ((another place where you can Hide).
So, here, Giggett steps in like this and is Sneaking-- and can continue Sneaking only at the end if she is in Dim Light.
(and vs. creatures that have Darkvision/Lowlight, does dim light count? Or are you in a state of being Observed?).
Rule:
You don’t get to roll against a creature if, at the end of your movement, you neither are concealed from it nor have cover or greater cover against it. You automatically become observed by such a creature.
Only Goblins can get past that a bit (till the end of their turn) with a racial Feat.
