Double charged for a PDF, still don't have PDF

I attempted to buy the new Strange Aeons pdf and was told that my payment was declined so I tried again. It was declined a second time so I checked my bank account and saw that I'd been charged for the pdf twice. When I check my downloads and pdfs on Paizo the pdf is not there at all. How do I go about getting a refund for one of the payments and getting the pdf for the other payment?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I've taken a look, and it seems that your payment method was declined because it failed the Address Verification check. What you're seeing on your account are actually just authorizations, but they should not be finalized on our end, and I'll let the bank know that they can release them.

Since resolving the issue includes tweaking the address, I'll be sending you an email about this in just a moment. Please let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime.
