Kineticists versus incorporeal

Advice

What's the best options for kineticists in fighting incorporeal opponents? (no 3rd party material please)

Grand Lodge

Generally their ranged touch spells will work in being half damage, as blasts are considered magic.

Force Blast, I guess.

Silver Crusade

I think all options work equally well against incorporeal enemies, except Void and some of the Frost powers obviously, since most incorporeals are also undead.

Yeah, pretty much all Kinetic Blasts do elemental or magic physical damage. Those both do half damage to incorporeal stuff, which is as well as anyone without Ghost Touch tends to do.

So...they blast it. Like they do everything else.

Yup, kinetic blast is a spell-like ability and as such it's damage is magic. Funny enough, except force blast which deals full damage, the physical blasts should work a bit better than energy ones - typical incorporeal being will have the same AC against regular and touch attacks, making physical blasts hit as often as energy blasts. Both will do half damage but half of 1d6+1+Con modifier will tend to be a little higher than half of 1d6+1/2 Con modifier for a class that focuses on Constitution score...

The Exchange

expanded metakinesis can help too. I think the pfsrd has the wrong link for one of the options, but i dont own the book. So i dont really know.

Disrupting Spell (3PP) should actually be Disruptive Spell

This feat is absolute gold in my opinion. The prereqs are very undemanding. It solves a lot of issues for the Kineticist.

Now we need an alignment feat for kinetic blast...
