Compatibility between two acid damage bonus: will they stack ?

Hi,

My Unchained Monk has the following items and ability, which each cause +1d6 acid damage each, per hit.

Corrosive Amulet of Mighty Fists, and
Elemental Fury: acid (that's a level 6 Ki Power)

My questions is, does it stack to 2d6 acid damage per hit ?

No, it does 1d6 and 1d6. Each are a separate source.

Yeah ok but they're COMPATIBLE, right ?

Well, yeah. You're unarmed strike will do unarmed strike damage +1d6 acid, +1d6 acid.

It matters for elemental resistance. You'd subtract the amount (presumably 5) from each 1d6.

Ask your GM

Either it's added and subtract once, or subtracted each. No rule exists to tell the GM which.

Considering that both dice of acid damage are triggered off of the same attack and rolled as part of the same damage packet, I don't think they would have resistance applied more than once. The rules for resistance specifically say "per attack", and this is a case of a single attack.

resistance is applied once per attack and both 1d6 acid are from the same attack, so It would only apply resistance once not once for each 1d6

Yep, they definitely stack. Only apply a creature's resistance once per attack.
