Oracle Human with Racial Heritage Fetching.

I'm looking to build my first Oracle for an upcoming Pathfinder game. Starting at level one. I was looking at Human grays and saw th be facial heritage feat.

If I take that and choose fetchling an I right in thinking that I would then get the racial perks for both races?

Looking for a raw source ideally.

As I understand the rules, your premise doesn't work. Racial Heritage requires a Humanoid race i.e. listed as Humanoid (x) on their race description. Fetchlings are classed as Outsider (Native) - i.e. they are not Humanoids and therefore the feat doesn't apply to them.
