Good afternoon,

I recently made a purchase involving a subscription for the pathfinder adventure card game class decks, and one additional class deck. I see now the order has shipped, but the additional class deck I had added wasn't on the order, it appears to have a status of cancelled. When I view the product page for it however, it tells me I purchased it.

Can you tell me why the product would have been cancelled and what I will need to do to receive the product?

I'm sorry to see that! It looks like the goblins in the system got confused about something.

I have reinstated the cancelled deck. It's in your sidecart for now. Please let us know if you want it moved to ship sooner.
