is there a feat that will give arrows a push effect?

like i shoot a guy and want to push him off a ledge to kill him so he can't let his buddies know the heroes are there. is there a feat or something that does that?

If you are okay with third party stuff, Path of War Expanded (by DreamScarred Press, they did Psionics and are among the most likely readily accepted third party stuff), there is something called Tempest Gale and Solar Wind Discipline.

It is like spellcasting, but for martial classes. They have a lot of ranged stuff that uses combat maneuvers, including ranged Bullrush (pushing people).
