Just curious when a "Pending" payment would be removed from a credit card. Because the one for this order on the 12th of August is still there preventing this order from going through. Which of course is now ready to ship if the amount of this order wasn't going to put me over my limit on the card.
I know from when I had payments set up through my bank it was like 5 days for a pending order to be removed.

Hi ShaneG,

How long an authorization is open can vary some for different card companies. I have submitted an authorization reversal request for the one from the 12th, so hopefully that will speed that up a bit.

Please let us know when you see that expire and would like us to try again.

Well I have it now available and thought it would have worked Monday, but the order still has a Payment authorization on this end. I checked my statement and it to has the most recent payment pending. If that somehow needs to be canceled and sent again I do have the freedom on my card for that to happen right now.
I am ready for this to finally ship.

Thanks for letting us know! I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that the authorization you're seeing now is a new one that was created when the warehouse put your order into the batch that they're working on processing. It looks like this authorization should stay open long enough for the warehouse to finish packing and processing your order, so it shouldn't give you any more issues. Once it's all ready to go, you'll receive your shipping confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.
