OK, how exactly do wands work or more specifically what roll do you make to use a wand.
Also, would a sorcerer's bloodline arcana from the draconic bloodline apply to spells cast from a wand?

If you have the spell anywhere on your spell list you don't need to roll anything.
If it isn't on your spell list (a sorcerer trying to use a cleric only spell for example) you roll a Use Magic Device skill check.
No, the Arcana would only apply to spells the sorcerer casts. When you use the wand the wand is what's casting the spell.
