Hi all,
For some reason, this order only partially shipped, and I didn't get any of the bases. Are they being shipped separately, or did something get messed up?

I'm very sorry for the confusion with this! I've taken a look into the order and it does seem like something unusual is going on with it, but I cannot piece together what it is. I've enlisted the help of our resident mystery solvers (i.e. tech team) to see if they can help shed some light onto what's going on, and get the issues resolved.

Thanks Katina. I think it got messed up when I ordered the bases AFTER making the order for the other items, but then asking the system to combine shipping. It would seem that was a bit too much to ask of the webgoblins. :-P

Sorry for the delay with this! I *think* I've got everything all worked out, and the rest of the items from your order are now on a packing list. I'll be letting our warehouse to get it on the way to you as soon as they are able. Once it's been processed for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.

If you do see any residual weirdness crop up, just let me know and I'll see what I can do.
