I have a Bloodrager that has been using an alchemical silver earthbreaker as his main weapon.
Soon, I will be pairing up with a Undine Bard who will want to do all the water adventures.
I'm looking for a good weapon to use when fighting underwater. Right now, I'm considering the Trident (thematic) or Scythe (gets both P and S in same weapon). Since his current weapon is Silver, I will most likely go with Adamantine for the material.
Are there other options I should be looking at?
What do people recommend?

Adamantine heavy pick.
Good for coups de gras, fighting constructs, fighting underwater, fighting while grappled, breaking into places, breaking out of places, breaking things in general, lockpicking (pun only partly intended), can be 2-handed for best returns from power attack, and much much more. Side effects include a d6 damage and only critting on a 20. If problems persist, you're not hitting them hard enough
You too can have one for just one easy payment of 3008 gp. But wait, act now and we'll include a free holster for it! just pay additional shipping and handling

This is for an existing character, so it would take a feat to get proficiency with the Estoc. Is it really good enough to be worthy of consideration?
On the other hand, I had forgotten to look in Melee Tactics Toolbox. The Planson has possibilities since it is a two handed weapon that I can also use with my Bludgeoner feat.
I have enough other reach weapon users, I wasn't looking to make this character also a reach build.
Current feats: Blind-Fight, Bludgeoner, Iron Will
I plan to pick up Power Attack off my first bloodline feat.

Adamantine Heavy Pick is also a reasonable suggestion.

Are you sure morningstar can be used underwater without penalty?
It is 'B and P', and Table 13-7 says Bludgeoning or Slashing. Since it is both types, I would expect it to take the penalties from that column rather than the better adjustments given to piercing weapons.
