Anyway to count as higher monk lvl for dr penetration?

Advice

Scarab Sages

Under the Ki pool it's mentioning that at certain lvls the monks unarmed attacks bypass certain DR.
Are there any ways to count as a higher level for this? I plan to go 6 lvls monk.

There isn't that I've seen.

You can use an Amulet of Mighty Fists, instead. At certain levels of enhancement bonus, you can ignore types of DR as if your weapon were made of that material.

Scarab Sages

True, but the Issue is the Usual Conflict: Amulet of Mighty Fists or Amulet of Natural armor.

I don't Recall alternatives to Amulet of Natural armor to get the enchantment bonus to NA.

And seeing that I already got the count as magic attack I was hoping that I could get more out of this rather than have to not use part of what i got.

For those using unarmed strikes or natural weapons, it's definitely better to use the Amulet of Mighty Strikes.

For the natural armor, you can use potions of Barkskin. But the alternative, potions of Greater Magic Fang, are both far more expensive and far less flexible.

Almost certainly not what you are looking for, but Karmic Monk bypasses alignment-based DR, and if you haven't picked a style yet Pummeling Style lets you apply it once to a full attack.
