If I have a race that has a Innate Racial Spell that is the same as one on the character's spell list (spontaneous caster). So my question is could I cast it the number of times per day I have spell slots, or since it has a 1/Day for the Innate Racial Spells, can I cast it once for the Innate Racial then once for each spell slot (assuming I don't use any other spells) In this case I have 5 spells level 1 spell slots, the spell is Burning Hands, and the race is Ifrit, so could I in theory could I cast Burning Hands 6 times?

Ifrit burning hands 1/day ability is a spell-like ability, not an actual spell. Therefore, using the ability won't use any spell slots of whatever casting class you may have. So, yes, you can use it 6 times -- once as an Sp ability and 5 times as an actual spell.

An ifrit sorcerer could learn Burning Hands as a spell and cast it 5 times per day as a sorcerer, and once per day as spell-like ability.
What you appear to be asking though is "if I have this spell as spell-like ability, does that count as knowing the spell as a sorcerer?" The answer is No. Just because you have it as a spell-like ability has no impact at all on your ability to cast it as a sorcerer. You need to spend one of your Spells Known of your sorcerer to learn the spell to cast it using your sorcerer spell slots.
In other words: the spell-like ability and your sorcerer spellcasting are separate things. They don't influence each other in any way.
