Favored Enemy (Native Outsiders)?

Is Native outsider a legal choice for favored enemy or Bane weapons?

You have to pick a specific subtype for bane and I believe that's how it works for favored enemy too.

Outsider (native) appears on the Ranger Favored Enemies list and I see no Society specific prohibition, so I'd say yes to favored enemies.

It hardly seems overpowered, even this season.

If using it as a PC or NPC inquisitor, don't forget to plan for a Knowledge (planes) check, unless you choose to guess from the description. Bane (that thing) is not a creature type or subtype.

I keep accidentally posting these rules questions in the PFS section. Either way, looks like the issue is that I missed Outsider (Native) when reading my ranger entry...fail.

Considering that this season is apparently going to be the planes hopping season and it started well into 7 it definitely will be useful.

Things an outsider(native) bane weapon is useful for:

* Tieflings, Aasimars, Fetchlings and Geniekin
* Rakshashas
* Oni
* Slaugraks
* Vargouilles
* Half-fiends
* that one evil Garuda!

That module was surprisingly difficult considering the year of release. Killed two or three characters to boot.
