I've got this game where we'll be playing monsters from level 2 on up.
We can pick any monster with a CR 2 or less. We can apply templates on weaker monsters to bring them up to 2, but cannot bring monsters with CR higher than 2 down by using templates.
The one I chose myself here is a Worpletinger. Cause I like cute monsters, and its one of the better ones I saw.
I'm taking the bipedal template, and it gives me -2 str +4 dex +4 con +2 Wis -4 cha. Then flight of 40.
I'm currently stuck between options at the moment.
Kineticist because it matches with stats and does have non-weapon damage
Gunslinger - What isn't cool about a tiny rabbit-bird-deer flipping around with guns? Well Weapon damage size. I'd be doing like 1d2s if that.
Vigilante - This is a possibility I suppose.

Have a look at n jolly's kinetecists of pyphoria and his kineticist guide. At the moment on rpg drive through you can pick up all 3 pdfs for 10$ and it more than doubles your options in terms of wild talents, utility talents, epic archetypes and even elements to pick from.
If you are even considering the kineticist have a serious look at it. 150 0 ages of pure kineticist goodness

Sweet, start as a Lich (it's only CR +2). Just kidding, you've already decided on the creature.
My suggestion is Warpriest. You can get scaling weapon damage. You can also use a bow, which will make good use of your dex score. Go Molthuni Warpriest to get Fighter's Weapon Training, because Molthuni warpriest is better than the base.
