Help! How do you add scenarios as a reporter?

Pathfinder Society

Grand Lodge 4/5

I must be missing something because I can not report a game I just GMed. And I have reported plenty of stuff already in the past for this gaming group with no trouble but now I just am stumped. So here is my problem.

I go into my account and go to Pathfinder Society and click make changes.
I then click GM/Event Coordinator. This takes me to events I'm organizing
I click the report option for the group.
The group name is already in there so no big deal, and the select the date thing is fine. But then it has select a scenario, and that is where I hit a wall. The game I ran is not an available choice. So I can not go any farther it seems. So how do I ad a scenario to this list? I must be missing something because there has to be a way to add scenarios. Can anyone tell me how to do this or what I am doing wrong?
Thank you and happy gaming to you all.

Before you can "report" a scenario, you need to "edit" the repeating session, then select the scenario you will/have run. You need to tick the correct box for the scenario, as well as either the standard(RPG) mode or core(PFC) mode. Save your scenario selection changes, then you can go back to "report" the table results. :)

(In the past, there was a "show all scenarios" option in the reporting form, but that had to be removed to accommodate the core campaign.)

Thank you, but how do I do that? I am looking all over and can not find any way to edit the list at all. What page is that function on? Is it in one of the places I have already looked and just missed it? Or is it not showing up because I am a "reporter" and not an event organizer?

When I go to the GM/Event Coordinator tab, I see a list of events. For each one, I see the event number, the event name, then five links on the right side of the page: Download Session Sheets, Sessions, Clone, Edit, and Report.

It seems that perhaps you do not have the "edit" option since you are a designated reporter rather than the event creator. You may need to talk to the event creator to get the correct games listed.

If you login to your "My Pathfinder Society" page and click on the GM/Event Coordinator, scroll down until you find the event you are reporting. Look at the far right set of links, if you do not have the edit link, you will need to have the person who created the event make the changes needed to add the scenarios not listed. If you do see the edit link, you can make changes as Paul stated. Thank you for reporting your event.

Yeah I think that may be it then. What I have is this:

# Event - location (reporter) List of dates Download session sheets Sessions | Report

So I guess I will have to hit up my event coordinator for that. Thank you very much, I will let him know right away. And again, thank you. :)

Thank you. I just messaged the event coordinator about it on our MeetUp page. Thank you for your help, and happy gaming. :)

Yeah, you're a "reporter" not an "editor" Only the one who made the event or a Venture-Captain can edit the event, which includes adding scenarios.
