Goblin Decks - two shipments?

My subscription order for the two Goblin decks has apparently been split into two shipments - one with all 4 promos and one without any. Is that normal? I thought they would ship at the same time, as one package.

They are shipping at the same time, but Paizo will ship the package according to your shipping preferences. If you have selected "cheapest available" splitting them into 2 package may have been the cheapest shipping option. Or if you have some other shipping selection, splitting them in 2 may have been required for that shipping method (though I suspect the former is much more likely than the latter). You can always contact customer service. They will be more than happy to look into your order and verify what is happening.

Thanks. I had considered that, but I guess I found it hard to believe that shipping two packages could be cheaper than one. That FAQ entry confirms that it's certainly possible, and more common that I would have thought. :)


Well, software does sometimes make mistakes. So contacting customer service wouldn't hurt.

I too found the split into two shipments surprising.


I did a little searching and found this similar situation. That was a class deck and an adventure deck, which would be very similar to 2 class decks. The shipping cost would also obviously depend on the destination.


I want these and it won't gove them to me as an option. Just witch and gunslinger. Still no word from support. Should i just pick witch and hope it's a glitch that it's still up?


If anything, I'd pick Gunslinger then contact support and say you couldn't pick Goblins, but that you really want to start with Goblins. They can be slow via email, they usually reply to me with in 24 hours though. You could always try calling during hours (which includes right now) or posting in the customer service forum. But either way, I'd pick the sub and start with Gunslinger, then ask them to change it for you.
