No, there aren't feats that grant u a companion.
You need to have at least 1 LvL in a Class which grants you one.
Boon Companion gives +4 to the Companion level if you have at least 4 Levels in another Class.
Horse Master (needs Cavalier) sets your overall level set as the Companion level (has other prequisits too)

Actually, there is. Nature Soul -> Animal Ally.
Yeah, it's at character level-3, and from a shortened specific list (badger, bird, camel, cat (small), dire rat, dog, horse, pony, snake (viper), or wolf), but it's an animal companion. And Boon Companion will make it equal to your level, so.

Actually, there are. It is a feat-line which can be found in Pathfinder Player Companion: Faiths & Philosophies.
This combination allows one to get a Animal Companion at your character level -3. Your choice is limited though, not the full druid list. And it would require you to also take Boon Companion from Animal Archive/Seeker of Secrets if you want it to be combat viable on its own (without being a mount).
Edit: I should type faster...

If you take a class that has the Animal Companion class feature, then there is also a feat called Totem Beast. It is a free Hunter's Animal Focus that increases in power as your Animal Companion levels.
