Divine Scion domain?

Does the Divine Scion actually grant domain access, with domain powers, domain spell slots, and domain spells known? Or does it just grant healing when you cast spells you already known that just happen to be on the selected domain's spell list?

It definitely doesn't grant domain slots. Those are a function of Cleric spellcasting (and druids who choose a domain over an animal companion).

The way it is written, it seems to only grant healing when you cast a spell on the selected domains list and never grants a domain, but the first line is unclear to me.
