Greetings,

I have been charged this order twice in my credit card. I would like to know what happened regarding this issue. I was first charged for this in 06/24/16 and the second time in 07/07/16. Could you please solve this issue, maybe by cancelling the second charge so that I don't pay for it?

Thank you for letting us know! We do not actually charge for an order until it is processed for shipping, so what you are seeing from the 24th is likely an authorization. These typically release on their own within a week or so, but I do know that some international banks may handle them differently. Since it seemed like the authorization was still open, I've sent a reversal request to our card processor, so you should see that first authorization disappear.
